We care deeply about our community. That’s why we proudly support local organizations and encourage employees to volunteer their time with organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley, River Bend Foodbank, United Way, and Junior Achievement, just to name a few.

During the holidays, employees from our various locations collaborate with charitable organizations to make a difference in their communities. In 2022, our Texas employees worked with the Christmas Wish Project to build bikes for local children while our Quad Cities team sponsored gifts for a local head-start program to provide 250 children a joyous holiday.

PROTECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT
In 2008, we created purpose | tomorrow, an employee-led initiative that drives our commitment to sustainable business practices and a zero-waste ideology.
Every Earth Week, we host several events to encourage our employees to embrace sustainable values. Throughout the week, we collect more than 4,000 plastic bags, give away trees, and collect e-waste for recycling.

OUR STORY
In 1974, Bob Ontiveros saw an opportunity to live the American dream and build a company for himself and
his family. Fifty years later, the packaging company he started out of the back of his station wagon has grown into Group O, one of the top Hispanic-owned businesses in the country as ranked by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Group O is an End-to-End business process outsourcing provider specializing in supply chain, packaging, mobile device testing, and incentive marketing solutions. Headquartered in Milan, Illinois, and with major operations in Minnesota, Texas, and Mexico, Group O employs more than 1,000 professionals and has grown into a thriving $900 million enterprise under the leadership of the Ontiveros family.
